Seoul Medical CRM is a platform provides a comprehensive user management system, enabling hospital administrators to keep track of team roles, responsibilities, and project assignments efficiently.

The team consisted of two UI designers and one UX designer along with the project owner. The entire project was completed in 4 weeks.

What was the Problem?
- Managing a clinic's finances and operations and projects can be overwhelming, with multiple moving parts such as tracking and mseoultoring expenses, and ensuring patient-related tasks are completed.
- The client wanted a centralized system to provide real-time insights, enabling clinic administrators to efficiently manage projects, patients, forms, and analytics all in one place.
What were the Goals?
- Simplifies user management with role-based filters, project assignments.
- Provides a real-time financial dashboard for tracking sales, expenses, and refunds, while streamlining patient task management and consolidating key data for quick, informed decision-making
What was the Solution?
- Dashboard: Central hub for financial and personal metrics, including sales, expenses, refunds, and task completion.
- Chat: Real-time messaging for team collaboration and updates.
- Projects: Manage clinic projects, tasks, and progress tracking.
- Procedure Pricing: Manage and update pricing for clinic procedures.
- Forms: Create, store, and manage forms filled by the patients for inquiries
- User Management: Handle user roles, permissions, and task assignments.
- Admin Settings: Control panel for platform configuration and system customization.
Behind the Scenes...
The client provided a basic structure of required features, which we used as a foundation to build user flows and organize data points systematically.
To align with the client’s vision, we studied similar platforms, particularly Asana by Atlassian, to understand how user management systems function effectively.
Using the research insights and client feedback, we designed and refined the platform to ensure it was comprehensive, user-friendly, and met all requirements seamlessly.
User Interface and Product Outlook
- The user interface features a clean, professional design with a predominantly olive gold and white color scheme, using the “Noto Sans KR” typeface for typography.
- A structured grid layout organizes charts and cards effectively, while the sidebar navigation and intuitive filters enhance the user’s understanding of the information.
- Circular charts and data visualizations simplify complex information, while the clean, readable design ensures usability and adaptability across various screen sizes.
Conclusion
- We created a centralized platform that integrates financial tracking, project management, and patient task monitoring, making clinic operations more efficient and organized.
- The platform's clean design, intuitive navigation, and role-based features ensure ease of use, enabling clinic administrators to manage complex workflows effortlessly.
