How we designed and developed a communication platform for healthcare providers with fast, responsive, and secure user interface.
DocChase aims to streamline patient management, appointment scheduling, and communication for healthcare providers. Its primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency and provide a user-friendly interface for managing various healthcare workflows, including call logs, notifications, and reports.
The project’s initial development took 3-4 months (July to November), with ongoing development planned afterward.
The project team consisted of the following members :We analyzed the entire user journey by conducting detailed interviews with the client to understand the process thoroughly.
Using the insights from the interviews, we created a user flow and grouped features based on the specific tasks users needed to complete.
Each feature was aligned with user goals, and we brainstormed multiple ways to present these features to make the process simpler and more user-friendly.
We designed the user interface with a clean, simple look using white, gray, and blue colors, which give the app a healthcare feel. The easy-to-read sans-serif font and clear charts make the information simple to understand.
